The Use of WEBEX for our On-Line Conference
General Note
Each session is scheduled in a VIRTUAL ROOM I.e. Virtual Room THU-1
For each VIRTUAL ROOM, we shall issue a URL, and with a click on it, you will enter the Virtual Room.
For those who use WEBEX for the first time, it will ask you to submit your surname and first name,

To run Webex, please keep all the applications of your PC closed except your PowerPoint and run WEBEX better through your Browser.
Please note that while you are attending as a participant the session(s) you must have all the time closed your sound (voice) and camera.
The speakers will have open their sound (voice) and camera.
