Presentation of Keynote Address lasts 40 minutes

Presentation of Scientific Work lasts 20 minutes

The Use of WEBEX for our On-Line Conference

General Note

Each session is scheduled in a VIRTUAL ROOM I.e. Virtual Room THU-1
For each VIRTUAL ROOM we shall issue a URL and with a klick on it, you will enter to the Virtual Room

For those you use WEBEX for the first time, it will ask you to submit you surname and christian name,
I.e. TOMSON JOHN
Please write your complete names for better communication

Also, will ask you to submit your email.

To run Webex, please keep all the applications of your PC closed except your PowerPoint and run WEBEX better through your Browser.

Please note that while you are attending as a participant the session(s) you must have all the time closed your sound (voice) and camera.

The speakers will have open their sound (voice) and camera.

On Monday 09th of December 2024
we are going to have two TESTS USING WEBEX

Please have your ppt open and ready for presentation in your PC or Laptop because we are going to share your screen for your presentation.

The first test will take place at 10:00 a.m. (Greek time):
